Every item shipped by Consie undergoes a rigorous quality check to ensure it meets our standards for craftsmanship, safety, and presentation. We also partner with reliable shipping carriers and use secure packaging to help prevent damage or defects during transit. In the rare event something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Important Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items Only
While we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, we want to ensure you receive what you ordered in good condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us Within 48 Hours
- Email customercare@yourconsie.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear, high-quality photos showing the issue from multiple angles.
- For high-value or fragile items, we may request a video to verify the condition.
- Review & Resolution
- Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund—depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without required documentation will not be eligible for resolution.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
All items on Consie are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Food, snacks, spices, and perishable goods
- Personal care products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, oils)
- Clothing, accessories, and fabrics once worn or washed
- Jewelry that has been worn or handled
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Items with broken safety seals, tampered packaging, or signs of wear or use
Fraud Prevention & Abuse of Policy
We take fraud prevention seriously to protect our customers and artisan partners:
- All damage or defect claims must be supported by clear photo (or video) evidence.
- Discrepancies between submitted evidence and returned items may result in rejection of claims.
- We reserve the right to deny future purchases to customers who misuse this policy or submit fraudulent claims.
