How Your Order Gets to You

Every product on Consie has already been through our curation process before it reaches the site. What you see has been selected for quality, craft, and integrity — vetted directly through our artisan partners in India. When you place an order, each item then undergoes a quality check before it ships, ensuring it meets our standards for craftsmanship and presentation.

Processing & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 12–34 business days for delivery. This reflects the full journey: quality inspection and packaging in India, international transit, and delivery to your door. We think the wait is worth it.

We use trusted international carriers and secure packaging to ensure your order arrives exactly as it should.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is $35 on orders under $250. Orders of $250 and above ship free.

No Surprise Fees

The price you see is the price you pay. Consie ships worldwide with all customs duties and import fees included — there are no additional charges upon delivery, no matter where you are.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Consie is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
