Returns & Refunds
At Consie, all sales are final. Every product on our platform is quality-checked to ensure it meets our standards before it reaches you, sourced directly from our brand partners in India and carefully prepared before making its way to your door. Because of the nature of international fulfillment, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a defective or damaged item.
Where This Policy Applies
This policy applies to all orders, regardless of destination.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will review your case individually. This includes items that arrive meaningfully different from how they were described. Please note that minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences are not grounds for a claim. To be considered for a resolution, please contact us at customercare@yourconsie.com within 48 hours of delivery with documentation (photos or video) of the issue. Claims submitted outside this window will not be eligible for review.
Exchanges
Consie does not accept exchanges under any circumstances. Approved claims for damaged or defective items will be resolved through a refund or store credit, as outlined below.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 48 hours of the resolution communication and returned to your original payment method.
Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative resolution. Store credit is non-transferable.
